Andrew Tate and his brother’s ongoing court battle

The Tate brothers were released from custody back in March 2023. Thereafter, they were put under house arrest for the next 3-4 months due to flight risk. However, they are not under house arrest anymore and can freely roam inside the borders of Romania.

All of their assets were confiscated by the Romanian authorities, including the famous Bugatti Tate drove around, and he hadn’t gotten it back yet. The duo spend most of their time roaming around the country and giving interviews to select media houses.

The Tate brothers remain confident about their chances of avoiding jail time and maintaining their innocence in the matter. They also have not shed any of their pride, even in a moment of jeopardy.

And are concerned about the reported price of the asset seized as a matter of their public image. It remains unclear what the judgment will be in the court case. However, it is clear that the Tate brothers will not lose their notoriety.
