Buckhead Indian restaurant closes after four years

Writer Sophia Edwards

Buckhead is home to one less Indian restaurant as of this week.

Copper Cover Indian Restaurant closed its doors at 2991 N. Fulton Drive NE, Tomorrow's News Today first reported.

The restaurant, which opened in 2014, addressed the closure on its Facebook page:

"Dear Patrons and Friends, Copper Cove Indian Bistro is now closed. We have decided that it is time to retire. We thank all of our customers who have been dining in all of our restaurants since the 1990’s. We have truly enjoyed bringing authentic Indian food to Georgia throughout the years."

Copper Cove was owned and operated by Anjali and Subrata Roy, who owned the now-shuttered Samrat Indian Cusine in Sandy Springs and Santoor Indian Cuisine in Alpharetta.
