Carolyn Butler Horne, 75, passed away May 6, 2021.  She was born November 19, 1945 in Norfolk, VA to the late William Butler and Ambritt Pryor. She worked and retired from the City of Norfolk after 35 years of service. Carolyn was an active member of First Baptist Church Logan Park. Left to cherish her precious memories are her three daughters, Lisa Hatcher, Monica Williams and Kimberly Horne; two sons, William Shields and Kenny Shields; three sisters, Phyllis, Denise and Pam; four brothers, Gilbert, Michael, Gary and Stephen; thirteen grandchildren, Elliott, Michael, Nathaniel, Brittany, Brandon, Jordan, Kayla, Kenny Jr., Kelvon, Keisha, Jayden, Joshua, and Dayven; and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews cousins and friends.
