Chyler Leigh is married to actor and musician Nathan West, born in Alaska in 2002. 

They have welcomed three children into the world, Noah, Taelyn, and Anniston. It has been nearly two decades since they married. 

In 2009, West appeared on "Grey's Anatomy," but the two actors first crossed paths two weeks before Leigh's 17th birthday. They "jumped into life quite rapidly," according to Leigh, having their three children before she turned 27.
