Eric Casaburi is the CEO and founder of Retro Fitness, a fitness chain with 90 clubs in eleven states. He launched the company in 1990 in New Jersey and plans to open another 150 locations over the next few years. Casaburi’s passion for fitness began after his mother passed away when he was 15. He became a bodybuilder and eventually opened his own gym. In addition to Retro Fitness, he also launched his own frozen yogurt franchise, Let’s Yo!, which has over 20 locations in three years. Casaburi gained national attention in 2013 after appearing on an episode of “Undercover Boss” on CBS.
