Personal Statement

I am a 5'8 senior golfer out of Saint Augustine, Florida. My handicap is a 9, and I have been playing competitive golf for a solid 4 years. I have been on my schools Varsity Girls Golf team all 4 years of my high school, and have had the privilege to be the captain of it my Junior, and Senior year.  I have been procrastinating on starting the recruiting process due to the fact that I wanted to be the best player I could be and present the best scores I could obtain to show to you. However I am still learning, and growing as a golfer. With this I find with every tournament I play in I grow stronger as a player and my scores improve. Golf is my dream, and I would love to go to a school where I can grow even more in my ability. Ideally, any school that has an golf program, and offers an academic challenge for me would be awesome. I work best in environments were  I am challenged.
