Love Island is back with a whole new cast of All Stars, and it wouldn’t be the same without Series 1 runner-up Hannah Elizabeth, who may look a little different after undergoing surgery since her 2015 appearance.
The ITV series will see a handful of our favorite Love Island stars from the past 10 seasons re-enter the villa in hopes of finding lasting love a second time around. Hannah became the first, and only contestant to get engaged in the villa, but unfortunately, things didn’t work out with Jon Clark. Almost a decade later, she hopes to find Mr Right this time.

Since finding fame on the hit dating show eight years ago, the 33-year-old hasn’t shied away from sharing her surgery journey with followers.
Two years ago, Hannah took to her Instagram to show the results of her rhinoplasty, a day after going under the knife.
She traveled to Istanbul, Turkey to undergo the procedure, which aims to change the shape of a patient’s nose.
A day later, she posted the results of her BBL fillers, flaunting her new curves in some tight gym leggings. In the caption, the mum of one thanked the clinic for her ‘new peachy’.
She’s also showcased her eyelid surgery, and ‘fox eye lift’ over on the ‘gram.

Hannah’s surgery didn’t start after her fame. When getting breast implants, the star revealed: “My first boob job at 18, here I am now, same person, still loving what I love. New implants at 32.” (via The Sun).
The Only Fans model, who first entered the villa at 25, posted a picture of the finished results on her Instagram story, with the caption: “Go big or go home.”
As well as a body transformation, Hannah has also undergone numerous hair transformations. At the end of 2022/start of 2023, the star got rid of her famous blonde locks, swapping them out for a chestnut brunette colour.
However, she’s now back to her signature blonde, and she’s going to be hoping blondes have more fun as she embarks on her journey for lasting love in the South African villa.
