The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills get together for a tense reunion following an explosive season 13. Andy Cohen says it’s going to be a “long night” as he hashes out the ladies’ drama. Infidelity rumors, broken friendships, and the arrival of Kathy Hilton are interrupted by Sutton Stracke shaking as the RHOBH star suffers a medical emergency.

Erika Jayne, Dorit Kemsley, Sutton Stracke, Kyle Richards, Anne-Marie Wiley, Crystal Minkoff, and Garcelle Beauvais all sit down to pick apart the past season. Sutton is expecting Anne-Marie to come with a “long list of apologies” and Dorit says Kyle wants to “silence her.” One thing The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills probably weren’t expecting from their reunion show was for Sutton to have a health scare.

RHOBH reunion gets heated

Before heading onto set for the reunion episode, Sutton gears up for the drama to come as she sits in hair and makeup.

As snippets of the Bravo episode play out, Sutton is seen telling her co-stars: “We all share what’s going on in our lives.”

The 52-year-old gets defensive when Kyle tells her “…that’s not true” and mocks her, emphasizing: “What?!”

Sutton gets riled up as she says: “You have been relentlessly mean to me,” adding: “As Denise would say, watch the show.”

Sutton starts shaking on RHOBH

After Kathy Hilton is seen arriving on set, the camera cuts to Sutton who appears to be shaking and having a medical emergency.

Garcelle, who is sitting next to Sutton, holds her arm and asks: “Are you OK?”

The rest of the cast look on at their friend super concerned as she is visibly shaking.

Garcelle says: “Can we call somebody, please?”

Andy adds: “You’re shaking, you’re shaking, you are really shaking.”

Following all the season 13 drama, one fan took to X (Twitter) to say: “Sutton starts shaking and Garcelle is like “can we call someone please??” as if Annemarie, a Nurse, isn’t sitting right there. Here’s your time to shine Annemarie!”

Sutton shared the sneak peek of the episode on her Instagram page which has her fans writing in the comments: “I hope you’re OK” and “Glad you’re OK now.”

Judging by another of Sutton’s IG posts, she had a “relaxing” time on vacation recently and wrote: “Had a blast in Cabo with my son and friends and the beautiful @skyla__sutton Just the break I needed!!”

She also shared a post from the break, captioned: “…much needed rest and relaxation.”
