He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Scott and Anna Tracey Scott, his wife Patricia White Scott, and his sisters Margaret Champine and Mary Whitney. Charles W. Scott is survived by his children, Charles “Danny” Scott of Virginia Beach, Virginia, and Marcella “Marcy” Ballard (Richard) of Cohoes.
