Shawn Elliott is a Puerto Rican-born American actor and former singer. He had a musical hit in Europe in 1965 with a cover of Sir Lancelot’s Shame And Scandal In The Family, but the cover failed to chart in America. Elliott’s other recordings include Marieke and Child Is Father To The Man. He originally recorded for Roulette Records before moving to Atlantic Records in 1968, though none of his later records charted in Europe or the United States. Elliott then turned increasingly more to acting.

He is known for his role as Eduardo Fernandez on the TV show Ghostwriter. His most recent role was in the movie Arbitrage. Elliott has two sons from his first marriage to Gloria Fernandez, an adopted daughter, and reportedly has had two more children. He has been married to fellow actor Donna Murphy since 1990.
