Personal Statement

My name is Sonny Nagle, and I'm a tall 6'5" center-back known for my ability to make strong tackles, having excellent defensive abilities, and amazing passing range. I now play for Cedar Stars Academy North in the u17 MLS Next division and am honored to represent Don Bosco Prep High School in New Jersey.

I am the perfect candidate for a challenging collegiate program because to my passion for the game and great skills. I can strike the ball anywhere on the pitch with pinpoint accuracy due to the thousands of hours spent playing the game. I fell in love with soccer when I was just four years old, and that passion has helped me become the player I am today.

My unrelenting work ethic is evident as I enter the field. I am the perfect example of a person who works nonstop to win. Beyond my own achievement, I firmly believe believe in uplifting my teammates by pushing them to reach their utmost potential.  

I have accepted setbacks as chances for development, both as a player and as a person, throughout my soccer career so far. I treasure the memories I have made along the way, and I can't wait to make more.
