The devil from her past and her health struggles often made it hard for her to carry on. However, she did not give up.

The reality star had a lot of ups and downs on the show. However, she had the help of Dr. Younan Nowzaradan, who refused to give up on her. On the show, Octavia opened up about her troubled past. She explained how she did not have a joyful upbringing because of her parent’s relationship.
To make things worse, Octavia revealed she was sexually abused when she was 20. Despite this, Octavia tried to keep her headstrong and focus on her sister and mother. Her life took a turn when Octavia’s mother passed away. After suffering many losses, Octavia decided to turn her life around and work on her health.
