Tammy Slaton’s weight loss journey is astounding – she has lost over 350lbs since fans were introduced to the TLC star.
2020

During her 2020 debut, Slaton weighed over 700lbs and struggled to stand up. In the earliest episodes, she can be seen snacking on cakes and other sweet treats.
2021
The 37-year-old had been relying on a breathing tube for much of 2022 after her body “shut down”. She was rushed into the ICU, placed in a medically induced coma, and put on a ventilator. Tammy eventually required a tracheostomy procedure to improve her breathing abilities sometime around November 2021. Tammy required her lungs to improve before undergoing bariatric surgery and the trach tube was removed one year later.
2023
Fast forward three years later, Tammy reportedly weighs in at 334lb, a source tells The US Sun. This means Slaton has dropped over half her weight and viewers have admired her determination every step of the way.

She is still using a trach tube but her social media activity shows she is much healthier and mobile.
The 37-year-old is now a certified TikTok star thanks to her uploads showcasing her weight loss transformation. Her followers are updated regularly about her changing body through mirror selfies and outfit clips.
Tammy’s most popular videos show her noticeably slimmer body and face as she dropped six dress sizes from eight XL to 2XL.

It’s not just her weight loss journey that has seen success. Her love life flipped upon meeting Caleb Willingham at Windsor Lane Rehabilitation Center in Ohio in 2022. He proposed in October, and by November, they tied the knot at the rehab center, surrounded by an intimate group of just 30 friends and family members.
In April, Tammy and Caleb sparked split rumors after she changed her TikTok name from Willingham back to her maiden name, but neither party addressed the rumors.
Unfortunately, Caleb unexpectedly passed away in June 2023 at age 40. The cause of death is unknown but Tammy was devastated. She dedicated an Instagram tribute one day after his passing: “You will forever be missed and loved so much thank you Caleb for showing me real love and happiness,” she wrote.
Tammy admitted she is still struggling with the sudden death as she spoke about the “separation anxiety” she feels when not wearing Caleb’s wedding ring and the necklace made with his ashes.

Tammy is believed to be living alone after Amy purchased a new home in Morganfield, Kentucky, in 2021. The siblings previously resided together so the latter could help Tammy amid her health struggles.
