On 20th October 2022, The Wisconsin Volleyball team’s photos and video were leaked after one year, and police are still investigating the whole case, but they failed to find strong clues about the person who leaked their photos.
The women of Volleyball failed to know who leaked their photos, and the team is doing their thing on the court. The team is also known as The Badgers.
The team members immediately filed a complaint, and the police are looking into the investigation. According to the sources, the video was first seen on Reddit and Twitter and the username of that id was ‘itsfunnydude11‘. The account has been suspended.
The police are still investigating the case to find the culprit.
On December 2021, The Woman’s Volleyball team defeated the match against Nebraska Cornhuskers during the Division, and they became Volleyball Champions in Columbus, Ohio.
The Story Behind Leaked Photos
The photos were private and were not to be seen by the public. UW athletics confirmed that the images were s*xually explicit.
Photos showing the women celebrating a national win in the team’s locker room were leaked, and they celebrated their victory by capturing their photos and videos and dancing continuously; after the win, they did not handle their happiness and celebrated their winning celebration throughout the night.
The team from the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s photos and videos went viral all over social media and made many news channels headlines worldwide.
The Volleyball women’s team photos and videos are believed to have been captured during their celebration.
Athletes’ University Organization released their statement, “The unauthorized sharing is a wrongful act of the Student’athelets privacy and we are disappointed after saw that our Team photos were leaked during their celebration and it was against the policies and these acts are included in criminal status.”
